About Adria | She/her

Do racing thoughts make it hard to concentrate? Do your emotions sometimes feel overwhelming? Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, career burnout, performance pressure, perfectionism, or grief, it's common to feel drained by emotional ups and downs or intrusive thoughts. Therapy can offer relief-and it starts with feeling truly heard and supported. Healing begins with trust and connection. You're not just another appointment on the calendar. Adria offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. Adria specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, career burnout, perfectionist tendencies, life transitions, and performance-related stress. The goal is to better understand and manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, process past experiences, and find more presence and peace in daily life. Adria's approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based approach, grief counseling, attachment-based therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Starting therapy often comes with uncertainty, vulnerability, and apprehension-those feelings are valid and completely normal. Therapy is a place to hold space for your most personal thoughts, fears and experiences. Adria is here to support you every step of the way. With over 13 years of experience as a clinical therapist, Adria is the founder of Shiloh Hill Counseling and a licensed LCSW in Michigan, Colorado, South Dakota, Florida, and New Mexico. Adria has worked with adults across various treatment settings and brings a flexible, integrative approach to therapy. Adria holds a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco and earned her master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Denver.
