Message to clients

I know what it is like to feel trapped in your head. To feel like you are watching life pass you by because your mind won't stop obsessing about food or your body. What maybe started as an innocent desire to eat "healthier" or lose a little weight, has turned into something else- an eating disorder. Or perhaps you live in a larger body and have been pressured by your family, medical professionals and peers your entire life to lose weight, only to find yourself in a constant cycle of restriction and bingeing. However your eating disorder presents, you deserve compassionate, expert care free from weight stigma and diet culture. I have had great success in helping people recover from eating disorders and I would love to help you do the same. When it comes to helping clients heal from OCD, I know how scary it feels to be tortured by intrusive thoughts and compulsions. Even speaking about the content of those thoughts can come with so much shame and embarrassment. Rest assured, you'll get no judgement from me. OCD attacks what we care about most, and the content of the thoughts are not facts about you. Together, we'll help you break the cycle keeping you stuck.
