Her intention is to walk beside you on your path to growth and healing but allow you to lead the way, while providing you with the skills to walk your path independently. Amanda’s focus lies in helping you reconnect to yourself to establish a deeper understanding of what makes you feel fulfilled, while you learn to let go of the things that no longer serve you. She encourages and teaches you self-compassion as you navigate each season of your life.
In your work together, Amanda hopes to help you improve your overall quality of life from a holistic standpoint, with a client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral approach. She believes in the power of thought and perspective and the impact they have on our lives and relationships. Together you will explore your life experiences and challenges as they relate to who you are today. With over 10 years of experience, Amanda specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, relationship and attachment issues, and life transitions.
