I am the kind of counsellor who listens deeply and prioritizes a non-judgemental space where you can explore challenging feelings and limiting patterns. I will offer you practical tools you can take into your daily life. 
Somatic therapy connects your mind, body, and spirit to heal trauma and stress stored in the body, and reduce feelings of worry, sadness, depression, anger, frustration, grief, anxiety and overwhelm. 
Working with nervous system regulation allows you to be present with your current experience, creating a sense of spaciousness…..a deep sigh of relief that maybe youre going to be okay.
In our sessions, we'll talk about whats going on for you, and also listen to the messages your body is giving you. My approach also includes "parts work," a method of helping you understand the different parts of yourself and their behaviors.
