About Angelia | She/her

Dr. Angelia Corley is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Restwell Therapy, a fully virtual practice serving clients in Arizona and PSYPACT-participating states. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has extensive training in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Dr. Corley specializes in helping adults struggling with insomnia, anxiety, and the challenges of living with chronic illness or pain. Drawing from her background in health psychology, she integrates practical, research-backed strategies with a warm, collaborative style that helps clients feel supported and empowered. In therapy, she works closely with each individual to identify their unique needs and tailor treatment accordingly—whether that means breaking the cycle of sleepless nights, easing persistent worry, or building resilience in the face of ongoing health concerns. Her clients describe her as calm, compassionate, and deeply attuned, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore challenges and make meaningful progress. At Restwell Therapy, Dr. Corley’s mission is to help clients not only feel better in the moment but develop lifelong skills to maintain emotional well-being and a more balanced life. Through structured, goal-oriented sessions, she guides clients toward practical changes that bring relief, clarity, and renewed energy for the things that matter most. All sessions are offered virtually, providing convenient and confidential access to specialized care from the comfort of home.

Message to clients

I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, whether that’s sleepless nights, constant worry, or the toll of living with chronic pain or illness. In our work together, I’ll bring evidence-based tools that actually work, but I’ll also make sure you feel genuinely heard and supported along the way. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. I’m not here to judge or tell you what you “should” be doing—I’m here to help you understand what’s getting in the way and find practical ways forward that fit your life. We’ll celebrate small wins, tackle challenges together, and discuss strategies to help you feel more rested and engaged in your life.
