Message to clients
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, panic, phobias, insomnia, and habits like hair-pulling (Trichotillomania). If your mind feels like it never slows down, if you find yourself avoiding things you used to enjoy, or if past experiences are interfering with the present—I’m here to help.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These aren’t just clinical terms—they’re practical, research-supported tools that we’ll use together to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life.
This is a space where you can be honest about what’s hard. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming worry, difficulty sleeping, or daily stress that feels unmanageable, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening and create realistic strategies that support your goals and values.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing something that’s “wrong”—it can be about building a better relationship with yourself, learning new ways to respond to challenges, and creating space for the things that matter most.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s take that first step together.
