About Anne | She/her

Anne has specialized training in a counseling technique called Internal Family Systems (IFS). This approach allows her clients to get to know each “part” of themselves and provides a way to regulate emotions and improve problem solving skills. Each “part” has its own perspective, feelings, memories, goals, and motivations. She also has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While each technique is useful, Anne believes that every person is unique, and there’s no such thing as the “perfect” approach. The relationship and trust she has with her clients is what’s most important when looking at a successful outcome. Feel free to contact her with any questions or concerns that you have.

Message to clients

Some of the issues my clients face include grief and loss, trauma, women/men specific issues, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about working with people who struggle with day to day issues, such as balancing home and work life, relationship troubles, and self-esteem. I believe self esteem impacts every aspect of life, specifically how well someone copes and their ability to regulate emotions.
