Message to clients

Feeling stuck? Like you can't get it together? Why food feels like the enemy? Is anyone else feeling broken like that? If you are ready to do things differently, I can help you find peace with food and your body while keeping in mind the additional lenses of neurodiversity. I use a gentle and nurturing approach as I believe too many of us struggle with self-criticism and perfectionism. I understand what it is to stay awake at night making to-do lists in your mind, rehashing conversations while feeling frustrating with yourself. Together we will find ways to ease up the harsh voices in your head, stop fighting difficult emotions and build the life you want to create for yourself! Reach out today for a free 20 min "good fit" consultation! You are worth investing in!

Peer review

Anne is compassionate, friendly, and has extensive training in binge eating and eating disorders. She is trauma-informed, kind, and culturally competent as well. She also has a wonderful sense of humor that I know her clients appreciate deeply. She practices ethically and takes her time with each and every client, ensuring that their hour or two during the week is used in the most efficient manner possible. I have confidently sent several clients to Anne's practice and will continue to do so.
