Message to clients
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether it’s the cycle of chronic dieting, the weight of body image concerns, or the exhaustion of society’s unrealistic expectations of what it means to be a woman or mother. People often feel a desire to be more at peace with themselves, to quiet their inner critic, and to build a more compassionate relationship with their mind and body. Together, we can create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. My therapy style is warm, inquisitive, and affirming. I believe in walking alongside my clients as they rediscover their strengths and develop tools to support their healing journey. With curiosity and empathy, change and growth can be possible. Every human deserves to be supported through their journey. I look forward to connecting!

Gwendolyn Olson, LCSW
Annie is a warm, compassionate therapist who genuinely connects with the people she serves. When I supervised her in graduate school, I was continually impressed by her curiosity, dedication, and commitment to providing thoughtful, person-centered care. She approaches each client with authenticity and openness, seeking support and collaboration to ensure the best outcomes. Annie’s passion for helping mothers—especially those navigating disordered eating—shines through in her work and makes her an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a therapist who truly cares.
Sara Ruiz, LPC-IT
Annie has been such a steady and strong clinical example of warm, empathy, and clinical excellence in the time I've known her over the past two years. She supported my training with consultation and offers curiosity as a way to help explore challenges and genuine presence and validation to celebrate wins. She is driven to know her clients as a whole person and will use her skill set to meet the individual where they are at to help them build new skills to use to achieve their goals. She is a dedicated provider who holds herself to highest level of ethics and strives to be a great therapist for her clients and also her peers.
