Dr. Beth Kurland is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals cultivate resilience, mental health, and well-being. She specializes in mind-body approaches and evidence-based therapies to address anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, stress-related health challenges and more. Drawing from mindfulness, polyvagal-informed practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems, and clinical hypnosis, Beth takes an integrative, holistic approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. Her approach, grounded in neuroscience and psychology, helps people cultivate healing and growth by aligning the mind, body, and heart. Beth works with adults and adolescents in a warm, collaborative, and compassionate environment, helping clients understand the mind-body connection, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with their strengths. She also provides child therapy and parent guidance and support for families navigating child challenges. In addition to in-person sessions in Norwood, Massachusetts, Beth offers telehealth services to clients throughout Massachusetts, Vermont, and Florida.
