Message to clients
Feeling worn down? You're not alone. You've achieved a great deal, proven yourself as someone who tackles challenges head-on. Yet, lately, you've been hitting roadblocks. Maybe it's anxiety, depression, or a past trauma weighing on you. And life is only getting harder. As a licensed psychologist, I'm equipped to help you find your way again. In therapy, we'll partner together to set goals based on what matters most to you. Then, we'll select an evidence-based approach to address your concerns, and I'll tailor it to your unique needs and background. Working together, we'll help you move towards what matters most to you. I take an active and engaged approach to therapy. Clients have described me as empowering, genuine, and collaborative. I'm also famous (or infamous) for a well-timed dad joke. In therapy, I'll equip you with strategies you can rely on long after we've finished working together. My ultimate goal is to empower you to eventually become your own therapist. Reaching out for help is a big step, and it takes real courage. I look forward to hearing from you, and wish you the best in finding the help you deserve.
