About
Bradlisia holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a license in Marriage & Family Therapy, with ten years of professional experience in the therapeutic field. She specializes in working with women facing challenges in their intimate partnerships. Her practice focuses on three core areas: helping women communicate their thoughts and feelings authentically, establishing effective boundaries, and building genuine self-esteem. Bradlisia's approach combines clinical expertise with refreshing authenticity, creating a judgment-free environment where clients can express themselves fully while developing practical relationship skills. Bradlisia is particularly skilled at helping women achieve the same confidence and success in their relationships that they've already cultivated in other areas of their lives. When she's not in her therapy chair, paper and pen in tow, Bradlisia actively participates in trainings that will benefit her clients or she's formulating her own skincare products (there's no in-between). She brings the same creativity, dedication, and fun to her work as she would anywhere else. What you see is truly what you get!

Message to clients
I work with women who have checked many of the boxes in life but have found themselves in a challenging relationship. Like, one day it’s all good and the next week it's all bad. You argue all the time and feel the relationship could be fixed if you just knew what to do and what to say. Anytime you want to communicate, it just ends with more arguing. Even though you’re constantly explaining yourself, you’re not being heard. You feel alone, isolated…like you can’t talk to anyone about what’s going on. And sharing your experience with family or friends means being judged or receiving unhelpful advice to "just leave!" I provide relationship therapy to women who want to work on their relationship from their side of the street. We'll work together to help you stop feeling confused and like you don't know what to do to get this thing right. My style is like talking to one of the girls (but with a certain set of skills), anti-therapist-y, & progressive with a sprinkle of woo. You deserve to be supported by someone who’s “been there, done that” & can create space for you to go clean awf, if you need to. Learn the skills you need for a healthier relationship & have the same level of success you have in other parts of your life, in your relationship too. I would love to help. Lisa Palmer, LMFT
Bradlisia is the therapist that you seek out when you are really ready to do the work. She will meet you where you are and tenderly challenge you to reconnect to your own intuition. Bradlisia has years of experience working with clients who are people-pleasing and find themselves in relationships that no longer serve them. If I were a client wanting to answer the question, "How did I get here?" I'd contact Bradlisia and ask her for her first available appointment. Her honesty is kind, but firm and her level-headedness is grounding and inviting. A client would be in good hands with Bradlisia.
