Therapists are often taught to ask the question, “If you woke up tomorrow and your problem was gone, what would life look like?” If you are tired of feeling trapped by feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, ADHD, or burnout, I am confident that I can help you get to the answer on the other side of that question. I have helped women wondering why they can’t keep up with a planner and experience constant time-blindness, not only realize they have been living with ADHD, but also help them learn to manage and understand their ADHD so they can thrive and achieve their goals.
