About
Dr. Brittany Bishop completed her MA in counseling and art therapy in 2017 and obtained her LCPC and ATR-BC. She started her career as a grief counselor. After five years working in end of life and grief counseling, she pivoted to focus on her passion for helping clients build their self-confidence, let go of anxiety, and embrace well-balanced lifestyles to live life full of meaning and self-direction. In 2020 she opened a wellness studio with her sister and her private practice shortly after that, to offer her clients and the community holistic wellness. Since then, she continued learning and is an ADHD-certified professional. Brittany believes nature, play, and creativity are essential to wellness. She obtained her PhD in art therapy in 2024 where she focused her dissertation on using eco-art therapy methods to reduce and cope with anxiety. Brittany has a gentle approach and invites clients to try art therapy in sessions to dive deeper and help clients gain valuable insight and what is holding them back from achieving their goals. Brittany has been successful at helping clients navigate life transitions and explore current lifestyle to make changes that help clients live their desired life and be their authentic selves. Brittany doesn’t want to change who you are; she helps you realize the values, the passions, and the truest version of yourself is worth embracing. By helping you understand yourself, your barriers, and your challenges, she helps you develop coping skills, make changes, create habits and decisions for long-lasting change.

Therapists are often taught to ask the question, “If you woke up tomorrow and your problem was gone, what would life look like?” If you are tired of feeling trapped by feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, ADHD, or burnout, I am confident that I can help you get to the answer on the other side of that question. If you ever feel like everyone else got the playbook to life and you were absent that day, I want you to know that you are not alone. The sooner you recognize what you truly want from life, stop worrying about what others will think of you, stop worrying about making mistakes, and trust yourself, you can stop worrying about everyone’s playbook and start writing your own adventure story. I have helped overworked, people-pleasing, corporate powerhouses learn to set boundaries, respect themselves, and reintroduce play and leisure into life. I have helped women wondering why they can’t keep up with a planner and experience constant time-blindness, not only realize they have been living with ADHD, but also help them learn to manage and understand their ADHD so they can thrive and achieve their goals. If you feel overwhelmed by the current state of affairs in the US, while trying to juggle your everyday life, and are starting to ask those existential questions of life purpose and how to spend your time, I have guided folks to the personal paths in which they thrive. I want to help you see how tomorrow can look.
