About
Caitlin Blair, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Tiny Cottage Therapy, offering fully online, culturally attuned psychotherapy for clients across California. With a Masters in Social Welfare focused on adult health and well-being from the University of California, Berkeley with a Certificate in Aging, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Social Work from Pepperdine University, she brings both rigorous training and a holistic lens to her practice. Caitlin holds certifications in the Traumatic Conscious Yoga Method, Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Master-Class, Internal Family Systems in Action Master Class, and Walk-and-Talk Therapy. Her specialty lies in supporting thoughtful, high-achieving individuals—particularly those navigating cultural identity, family expectations, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and boundary-setting. As a multi-ethnic Chinese-American therapist, Caitlin brings personal insight into the complexities of culture and identity, and she creates a safe, compassionate space for clients feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Her therapeutic approach weaves together evidence-based practices, somatic and mindfulness tools, and a deep respect for how culture and system dynamics shape an individual’s experience. Caitlin emphasizes mind-body-spirit alignment and works collaboratively with clients to develop practical shifts, clarify values, and restore sustainable balance. Whether you’re a young professional, college student, or navigating a significant life transition, Caitlin is committed to helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more aligned with what truly matters.
