About
Cameron didn’t start out in the therapy field. His first degree was in engineering, where he learned how to think in systems, solve problems, and look for what’s underneath the surface. But over time, he found more interest in people than in numbers—especially in the ways people get stuck, shut down, or disconnected from themselves and others. That shift led him back to school, where he earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Now a licensed therapist in Colorado, Cameron's work is grounded, direct, and real. He specializes in men’s issues, grief, trauma, and relationships—especially for people who feel like they’re carrying a lot but don’t always know where to put it. His approach isn’t about fixing you or giving you a script to follow. It’s about helping you understand what’s actually going on underneath the surface, and learning how to work with it instead of against it. Cameron brings a mix of structure and honesty to the room, shaped by his technical background, clinical training, and personal experiences growing up in a split home. Clients often appreciate that he doesn’t overcomplicate things or hide behind jargon. He shows up as himself—steady, curious, and willing to sit in the hard stuff with you.

Message to clients
If you’re the one who always holds it all together for everyone else, this is probably for you. A lot of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot—responsibility, pressure, expectations—but don’t really have a place to put any of it, don't really have a way of getting out from underneath it all. Maybe you’ve been through some things earlier in life that you don’t talk about much. Maybe you’ve just gotten used to pushing through, figuring it out on your own, and not asking for help. I get that, and I’m not here to fix you or talk at you. What I offer is a space where you can actually be real for a minute—without having to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all make sense right away. We’ll slow things down, look at what’s actually going on underneath the surface, and start making sense of it in a way that feels honest and useful. I work a lot with men, grief, trauma, and relationships. That usually means we’re talking about things like anger, numbness, disconnection, isolation, or just feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. If you’re tired of carrying it all on your own, we can figure it out together. The current way may not be working, but you don’t have to keep doing it the same.
