Message to clients

There’s a lot going on in the world, our lives, and the systems we exist within. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in identifying the practices that feel anchoring for your sense of wellbeing and provide a contained and connective space for you to navigate the challenges you're facing. I view therapy as a creative and collaborative process and like to bring curiosity, authenticity, humor and warmth to the space. I enjoy supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, explore identity, integrate new skills and supportive practices, and in the cultivation of a deeper sense of self-trust and self-compassion. Together we can explore the experiences, contexts, and aspects of your identity that make up who you are and influence how you move through the world. We can learn approaches to assist you to self soothe, communicate more effectively in your relationships, and identify emotions and process experiences. I believe in identity-affirming care, cultural humility, social justice, ongoing learning, and I strive to create a nourishing therapeutic environment that fosters healing, connection, and transformation. If you are looking for support along your path and you connected with something here, please reach out today. I look forward to meeting you!
