Message to clients
I love to accompany people as they explore the impact of stress and trauma in their lives, and consider together how it is affecting them in mind, body, and spirit. We'll work together to define what flourishing looks like for you, and then start working towards that. This process of healing includes identifying the strengths and skills you already have and developing new ones. We'll tap into the things that give you meaning, hope, and joy in life, and work together toward a life you love.
