Message to clients
With years of experience working both one on one with clients in the therapy room and on the macro level on behalf of clients, I always meet the client where they are and work to build a strong relationship through fostering a safe, nonjudgemental therapeutic environment where the client can feel comfortable to be who they are. I believe healing is not always an isolated process and there is great power in relational healing and community. I believe that healing does not look one way and "success" does not look one way, so we will always take the time to explore what your personal goals are, and why. Lastly, I believe that the freedom to show up authentically in therapy is so very important. I encourage all of my clients to show up however they are. You are always welcome.
