Message to clients
I am a counselor with a natural passion for helping others connect with their authentic selves to find inner peace. I give you agency throughout your counseling journey so you feel empowered and as if your voice is heard. My view is that those seeking healing of the mind, body and soul are actually desiring connection to the real self. Intuitively you know your authentic self and what is right for you. Conditioning and outside circumstances can often lead you astray. My role is to be a guide to help you connect with and accept your true self. The focus of sessions is not on diagnosis and categorizing what is "wrong" with you and needs to be "fixed". Rather the goal is to shine light on the individual gifts you are designed to embrace and live your fullest life.
