About Courtney | She/her

Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of active clinical experience specializing in working with women. In her private practice she creates a safe space for her clients to explore the pain and limiting beliefs that are keeping them from living the lives they desperately want to live. She uses mindfulness, compassion, and an internal family systems framework to help her clients connect more deeply to themselves and find healing in their lives.

Message to clients

Something feels out of alignment in your life. You are noticing that it is increasingly difficult to connect to yourself and others, to feel a sense of ease and joy in your life. Maybe this is accompanied by feeling anxious, stressed, exhausted, or numb. You are wondering if things will always feel this way, and are ready for some support. As your therapist I help you pause, go inward, and listen to the incredible wisdom that is already inside of you. It is from this place that you can then intentionally take steps to live more in alignment with yourself and experience the peace, joy, and fulfillment in your life you have been longing for. Underneath your fears, internalized beliefs, and pain there is your truest, deepest self. My job is to help you connect to the beauty, tenderness, creativity, strength, and wildness of her.
