Crystal is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate through life's challenges and develop healthier relationships. Crystal is passionate about empowering her clients to improve their emotional well-being and enhance their quality of life. She utilizes a client-centered approach and evidence-based practices to provide individualized treatment to each of her clients. In addition to her extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, Crystal is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a highly effective treatment for trauma and other mental health issues. She has seen firsthand the transformative effects of EMDR and incorporates this evidence-based approach into her practice to help clients heal from past experiences and move forward towards a more positive future. In addition to her therapeutic practice, Crystal is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200-hour). Crystal recognizes that overall wellness involves not just mental and emotional health but also physical health. Her practice integrates a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mind-body connection and emphasizing the importance of self-care and healthy lifestyle choices to promote optimal wellness. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma recovery, relationship growth, or personal development, Crystal’s goal is to create a safe and supportive environment tailored to your needs; working together toward meaningful and lasting transformation.

Message to clients
Hi All! I’m Crystal I specialize in supporting folks navigating trauma, burnout, and relationship wounds with compassion, movement, and a whole lot of grace. I work with individuals and couples; especially those navigating high-conflict dynamics or trying to reconnect after disconnection. And yes, EMDR is one of my favorite tools for supporting deep, lasting healing. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to happen alone and that you’re allowed to take up space in your own story. I strongly believe in collaborating with individuals and couples on how they wish to best shape their lives and relationships based on their values. Ultimately, you are the expert in your life and I help by providing tools and techniques that allow clients to gain a deeper understanding about themselves and their relationships.
