She has worked in a variety of settings - including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and community programs - offering support at all levels of care. Her clinical background includes working with a wide range of diagnoses and diverse populations. Her tools are tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other integrative approaches. She has a particular interest in supporting clients coping with chronic medical conditions, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological impact of illness. Known for her warm and collaborative style, DeAnna is committed to helping clients build resilience, find meaning, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Living with a chronic illness brings challenges that can be deeply personal and often misunderstood. As a therapist who lives with multiple sclerosis, I bring not only clinical expertise, but also lived experience to our work together. I understand, both professionally and personally, the physical, emotional, and social impact chronic conditions can have on your life. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, managing ongoing symptoms, or simply trying to stay connected to who you are beyond your illness, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore those experiences. My goal is to help you build resilience, find meaning, and create a life that feels whole - on your terms. You don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help.
