About
Emmy is committed to sustaining and creating a clear and calm space for clients to feel, explore, and release within. She grew up on the east coast and currently practices in northwestern Washington state, home of the Lhaq'temish and Coast Salish people. She loves working with fat folks who are seeking liberation from diet culture, people approaching middle life (not in the way they'd imagined), and artists who are bursting with creativity but lacking motivation. In addition to her clinical counseling degree, she has a background in training and practicing Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist psychology, community organizing, and plant medicine.

Message to clients
Hello dear one. You deserve peace. You are capable of change. This life is wild; the world is heartbreaking. And yet, we each have access to tend our inner fires, to soften our hearts. I would love to work with you in unraveling the knots that keep you from feeling and knowing all the love and truth you posses. In your imperfection, you are already whole.
