Message to clients

Hello and Welcome! I’m Erin—a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles and providing virtual support for individuals across California. I strive to foster a supportive environment for you to show up as yourself and be met with warmth, compassion, and non-judgement. You may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism and self-doubt. You might long for more authenticity, ease, and self-acceptance in your life and relationships. You want therapy to feel like a space where you can be fully seen, gently challenged, and supported in reclaiming your voice, creativity, and confidence. I offer therapy sessions to adults and adolescents of all backgrounds and orientations. I specialize in working with stress and anxiety, hopelessness and depression, and self-criticism and perfectionism. In addition to therapy, I'm also a professional actress and am passionate about providing therapeutic support for actors and other artists! If you would like to discuss further, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see how it feels to work together. Feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear from you!
