Felicia Hermle is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Brave Soul Therapy. She provides inclusive, online therapy for adults and teens (16+) across California. Felicia specializes in supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, and identity exploration. Deeply committed to serving historically marginalized communities, Felicia offers affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), disabled individuals, and those who are neurodivergent. She also brings experience working with individuals in 12-step recovery, veterans, first responders, and people navigating complex life challenges. Her work is grounded in systems theory, family dynamics, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care. She integrates modalities such as EMDR, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to help clients heal from emotional wounds, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Felicia believes that healing happens in relationship and works to co-create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered in their growth.
Hi, I'm so glad you're here. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of navigating everything on your own, you're not alone-and you don't have to do this alone. I work with people who are moving through life transitions, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or working through patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are also in recovery, exploring their identities, or seeking affirming care as members of marginalized communities. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I draw from tools like EMDR, IFS-informed care, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward in a way that feels aligned with your values. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor that. My priority is to offer a collaborative, respectful space where you feel understood and supported-no matter what you're carrying. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to start. And I'm here when you're ready. Let's begin.
