As a woman of color, Hailey is especially dedicated to supporting individuals & families who come from marginalized communities. She carries a personal understanding of the complexities and expectations often found in family systems as well as the daily challenges of living as a person of color in the US. As an LMFTA, Hailey is passionate about collaborating with clients who are processing life changes, familial issues, racial identity or trauma, and generational trauma. Hailey has an extensive background in community engagement and working with children, adolescents, and families.
