She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy. Jaclyn brings a warm, grounded, and integrative approach to therapy, working primarily with adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, codependency, and life transitions. With clinical experience in both private practice and intensive outpatient settings, Jaclyn has supported individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. She has designed and facilitated group programming centered on inner child work, emotional regulation, and trauma healing. Her therapeutic work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and Eastern philosophies, which she integrates into sessions with intention and care.
In addition to her clinical training, Jaclyn is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and incorporates body-based techniques such as breathwork, chakra exploration, and trauma-sensitive movement into her work. She believes in empowering clients to reconnect with their internal wisdom, build self-compassion, and find meaning in their healing journey. Jaclyn has a particular interest in supporting first responders, military personnel, and individuals exploring identity, spirituality, and cultural roots. Her work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.
