Message to clients
Do you struggle with anxious thoughts, grief and loss, depression or trauma? Are negative thoughts preventing you from making changes in your life? I have worked for the past 11 years, primarily with adolescents and their families. My focus includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, and family conflict. I utilize CBT, CPT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing with my clients. I enjoy learning what motivates my clients so that we can collaborate together to set realistic goals. I always try to be transparent with my clients and I strive to provide a safe and encouraging space for my clients to work toward growth and healing. Together, we will work on developing a plan and goals that will allow you to utilize your strengths and access tools you need to be able to reach your goals. Taking steps toward healing can be difficult. I appreciate your courage to do so. Please contact me to see if we're a good fit.
