About
Jennifer Goggin is a trusted expert in guiding individuals through transformation and healing. Before her career in mental health, Jennifer worked in media and the corporate world, gaining valuable insights into the challenges people face across diverse industries. Jennifer holds a Master's degree from Fairfield University, where she graduated as a member of the Chi Sigma Honor Society. Driven by a passion for deep, lasting change, she went on to complete a three-year Post Graduate training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a groundbreaking method that helps individuals release trauma and tension from the body, reducing symptoms and fostering healing. As one of Florida's few fully credentialed Somatic Experiencing Practitioners (SEPs), Jennifer specializes in this powerful approach to personal growth. Having relocated from Connecticut, Jennifer served as a Director at a renowned Florida treatment center, where she mentored staff on both mental health and substance abuse issues as a Clinical Supervisor. Today, Jennifer continues her work in private practice, proudly holding active licenses in both Florida and Connecticut. Her professional training draws from a wide array of therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and the 12 Steps. She has been profoundly influenced by experts such as Diane Poole Heller, Debbie Ford, Dan Siegel, Peter Levine, Carl Jung, Gabor Maté, Dr. Leslie Korn, and many others, integrating their teachings into her work with clients.

Hi, I’m Jen — a somatic therapist helping high-functioning adults in Palm Beach and online across Florida & Connecticut. You may look like you have it all together, but inside you feel anxious, exhausted, or stuck. Maybe you’ve tried therapy, meditation, or pushing through — and nothing seems to create lasting relief. That’s where I come in. My approach goes beyond talk therapy, helping you release stress and trauma stored in the body so you can: Quiet the racing thoughts, Let go of tension you’ve been carrying for years, Reconnect with yourself and others, Feel grounded, resilient, and whole. If you’re ready for deeper healing — not just coping — I’d love to support you.
