Message to clients
Do past events continue to impact your life today? Do you find yourself feeling triggered, reactive, or constantly on edge? If you’ve tried traditional talk therapy without the results you hoped for, EMDR Therapy may be a good fit for you. Unlike talk therapy alone, EMDR helps target and reprocess specific memories that contribute to current feelings of distress. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually. For more information about EMDR, please visit my website. In addition to therapy, I offer career counselling services. With six years of experience as an Employment Consultant, I have supported hundreds of individuals navigating education and career transitions. Career interest and personality assessments are also available to help guide your journey.
