Message to clients
Hi, I’m Lauren. If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps. I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with kids, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My goals are to connect with you as a person and share tools from evidence-based approaches in ways that feel helpful for you. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can share your experiences, worries, and hopes. My role is to help you explore what feels difficult, identify your strengths, and find new paths forward. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and we will go at your pace. I take the time to get to know my clients on a deeper level. I believe meaningful change can happen when people feel seen, understood, and safe. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you and build tools that help life feel more manageable. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. It’s an important first step toward caring for yourself. If what I’ve shared resonates with you, please contact me.
