Message to clients
I help clients who are struggling in their relationships, perhaps feeling anxious or depressed, to live with authenticity and purpose. Rather than treating symptoms, I help clients explore underlying causes of their distress. These underlying causes are typically rooted in early development, where frameworks were created that no longer serve them. Understanding these frameworks allows clients to make conscious choices in their day-to-day lives that lead to more satisfying relationships and life experiences. I easily connect with my clients who describe me as insightful, honest, and refreshingly genuine. My approach helps clients to more readily access their deep inner layers. This paves the way toward discovering new insights and embracing profound, long-lasting change.
