If you’ve been holding it all together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They’re often successful in their careers, relationships, or routines; but still feel a constant undercurrent of stress, self-doubt, or exhaustion.
I specialize in working with adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with themselves after years of pushing through. Together, we’ll create a space where you can drop the pressure to “have it all figured out” and instead explore what you truly need.
In our work, I use a blend of approaches - relational therapy, EMDR, CBT, and humanistic frameworks - tailored to your goals and pace. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation, not a clinical checklist.
