About
Morgan DeLeo is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of a private practice dedicated to supporting adults in their 20s and 30s as they navigate life’s transitions. She has been drawn to the helping field since childhood, volunteering with communities in need and pursuing a lifelong passion for understanding emotions and psychology. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree in Child Development & Family Studies with a counseling emphasis from West Virginia University, and later completed her Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Trauma-Informed Therapy in Philadelphia. Her career began providing in-home and school-based mental health support, and she later advanced to working in a group practice setting in New York City, where she also supervised new clinicians. Morgan’s therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, blending relational therapy, EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic frameworks. She specializes in helping clients manage anxiety, navigate burnout, and strengthen their relationship with themselves. Her work focuses on guiding individuals who appear “high-functioning” on the outside but internally feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they want next. With warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth style, Morgan creates a safe space for clients to explore their challenges, build confidence, and feel more grounded in both their personal and professional lives.

Message to clients
If you’ve been holding it all together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They’re often successful in their careers, relationships, or routines; but still feel a constant undercurrent of stress, self-doubt, or exhaustion. I specialize in working with adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with themselves after years of pushing through. Together, we’ll create a space where you can drop the pressure to “have it all figured out” and instead explore what you truly need. In our work, I use a blend of approaches - relational therapy, EMDR, CBT, and humanistic frameworks - tailored to your goals and pace. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation, not a clinical checklist. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, build confidence in your choices, and create routines that align with who you are (not just what’s expected of you), I’d love to support you on that journey. Therapy is an investment in yourself - and you don’t have to do it alone.
