About
Nicole Rizkallah, LMFT, is a somatic and emotionally based licensed marriage and family therapist serving clients in Arizona and California. She is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Prepare/Enrich Premarital Facilitator. Nicole’s advanced training includes infidelity and betrayal repair, sex therapy, trauma and dissociation, somatic therapies, high-conflict relationships, intimate partner violence, and neurodiversity. Raised as a first-generation American, Nicole brings a deep understanding of cultural complexity, identity, and the intergenerational legacy of trauma. This background shapes her relational approach and informs her attunement to the ways culture, attachment, and lived experience influence emotional patterns. Nicole works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relational distress, trauma, identity challenges, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in the belief that emotional pain is not a sign of weakness but a doorway into deeper self-knowledge, resilience, and connection. She helps clients uncover and transform the patterns that keep them stuck, supporting them in developing clarity, emotional range, and more secure, fulfilling relationships. Her mission through Orari Healing Therapy is to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and grounded—where clients are invited not only to heal, but to awaken to their own capacity for connection, meaning, and relational wholeness.

Message to clients
Hi, I’m Nicole, and I’m glad you’re here. Life isn’t easy. It’s messy, confusing, and often more complicated than we expect. Relationships get tangled, people we love let us down, and sometimes we feel lost, stuck, or unsure of who we are or where we’re going. And here’s the truth: it hurts. Feeling pain is part of being human. It’s normal—and it’s also not easy. It’s natural to want answers, to want clarity, or to want the patterns in your life to just stop repeating—but growth rarely works that way. The work of understanding yourself, your emotions, and your relationships takes courage. It takes slowing down long enough to see what’s really happening underneath the frustration, the fear, or the sadness. In therapy, you have a space to do that. A place where your feelings are valid, where you can explore what’s driving your reactions, and where you can practice new ways of connecting—with yourself and with others. You can start to untangle the patterns that leave you frustrated or disconnected and take steps toward relationships and a life that feel more meaningful and alive. You don’t have to carry this alone. Life is hard, yes—but you can navigate it with more clarity, more confidence, and more connection. The first step is simply giving yourself the space to be seen, understood, and supported.

Ashley Keunhye Park, LAMFT
Nicole combines deep empathy with strong clinical insight that opens the door for healing and transformation. Through her compassionate and thoughtful guidance, clients given the space to navigate complex emotional and relational challenges and rebuild trust in themselves and others at a pace that feels safe. She meet clients where they need to be met without judgement, and helps them see the strengths that can often be missed within ourselves.
Molly Johnson, LMFT
Nicole helps clients come to their own insight and helps them to create new patterns within themselves and their relationships through experiential and trauma-informed approaches. She works with complex cases with an ease and an ability to be a humble authority in a way that not very many people can truly balance. Her EFT, EMDR, and Somatic skills are excellent. She has worked with complex cases that other therapists just don't have the skill for. I always feel confident sending a referral to Nicole. I have given her name to my own friends and family when they need someone to care for them in their darkest moments because I am confident that she can both be with them in that darkness and lead them through it.
Laurel Reed, PsyD
Nicole is an intuitive, compassionate, and focused clinician. She is particularly skilled in helping individuals and couples with trauma histories. I refer to her often and regularly hear of the positive impacts she makes with her clients.
