Message to clients
I have an extensive background in psychotherapy, as demonstrated by receiving a Master of Social Work from New York University, a clinical fellowship in gestalt psychotherapy from Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy, and experience with neurodivergent adults in public health and private practice. As part of my psychotherapeutic journey, I became drawn to gestalt psychotherapy, a present-oriented therapy that helps clients understand how their repetitive ways are thinking, feeling, sensing, experiencing, and communicating are getting in the way of what they want in life. For me, gestalt therapy provides a vehicle to co-create relationships based on authentic relating, kindness support, love, and curiosity, Essentially, gestalt therapy has allowed me to become more present, aware, and guided by love as life unfolds. With love, curiosity, kindness, and support as part of my existence, I am ready to meet clients wherever they are to begin the healing journey. I honor all of you.
