About Rachel | She/her

Rachel's approach is eclectic, drawing from various theories and techniques. She often works with young adults striving to understand themselves and those around them. In the sessions, you'll find a safe space to process your past and present, along with practical strategies to support your growth. Your thoughts, experiences, and emotions will be validated, reflected back, and normalized, as well as challenged appropriately to support your awareness. If you leave our sessions feeling heard and understood, Rachel considers that a significant part of her role fulfilled.

Message to clients

As a human, I need other people, but I also need myself. The longest relationship I will ever have is with me—so why not make it a good one? If I’m struggling with identity, life stressors, or family and relationship dynamics, I deserve support. In this journey, I will empower myself to create a compassionate and understanding relationship with who I am while navigating life’s challenges. I will meet myself where I’m at—and figure out the rest.
