Message to clients

No matter what therapeutic modalities I use, the foundation of our work is always the therapeutic relationship. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful and lasting change. This is why reaching out and exploring your options is so crucial. Take your time, do your research, and make an informed decision that is best for YOU! Although unlike any other relationship we have, the therapeutic relationship is a relationship nonetheless. I strive to get to know you not as a list of symptoms or diagnoses, but as a person.
