Robert Bell graduated from Naropa University from the Contemplative program focusing on combining psychotherapy and mindfulness practices to help work with challenging and reframing patterns of thought and behavior that can lead to negative beliefs that lead to anxiety and depression.
I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill awareness, self-understanding, and acceptance to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards many of life's situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the individual and therapist alike. But in the end, changes we make in patterns of self-defeating behaviors can help us manage our feelings of sadness, fear, and isolation and lead to life-altering results - and with my services, I will help you achieve just that.

Having the privilege of working alongside Robert for many years, I can only speak highly of his care and consideration for his clients. Robert is an intelligent, hard-working, and thoughtful therapist who has provided valuable support for those he has worked with.
Bob is gentle, kind-spirited, and makes it easy to open up to him. He has a lot of experience helping folks navigate addictions and other mental health struggles, but even more importantly, I trust him to be nonjudgmental with people as they share their vulnerable challenges with him. He is open to feedback and ongoing learning in his life and as a therapist.
Bob is a genuine and compassionate human. He is able to hold space with gentleness while also holding boundaries.
