Message to clients

No matter where we stand in life, healing is already in motion. There is a quiet wisdom within-an inner compass-always guiding us home to ourselves. In Art Therapy and Somatic work, we meet our various parts - not to fix them - but to understand. Through this process we begin to remember who we were before the world told us who to be. I offer Art Therapy and Somatic work for those healing form childhood trauma, navigating identity, or seeking deeper self-understanding. Your healing already lives within you-let's meet it together.
