Dr. Stephens has graduate degrees in clinical psyhology, law and psychoanalysis. She has been doing psychotherapy for over 30 years and psychoanalysis for over 10 years. Her primary focus is on depression, anxiety and relationships of high achieving individuals and the special issues that combination can create. Her approach is psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and cbt. She is a strong believer in the healing nature of analysis and psychotherapy and provides a safe and caring environment to explore.

I know that entering psychotherapy and speaking your inner most thoughts to someone can be difficult and appreciate the courage and strength it takes to commit to a process that can be painful as well as immensely rewarding.
