Message to clients

Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah Gebhardt. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting parents, caregivers, and educators. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to best support a child or student—especially one with developmental differences, anxiety, or depression—you’re not alone. I work with adults who are carrying a lot: advocating at school, managing emotional ups and downs at home, and trying to make sense of what their child or student truly needs. I’m here to help you feel more confident, clear, and supported. My practice focuses on providing therapy and consultation for adults navigating complex parenting and educational challenges. Whether you’re processing your own stress, dealing with school systems, or looking for strategies that actually work, I bring warmth, practical tools, and a deep understanding of child development and mental health. With a background in both clinical work and school systems, I understand the intersection between emotional needs and academic life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, caregiver burnout, and collaborative problem-solving for children with autism, ADHD, and other learning or developmental differences. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. If you’re ready for thoughtful support from someone who truly understands the challenges, I’d love to connect.
