About
Savannah is a depth-oriented therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, loss, and periods of personal transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute (2008), with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Texas at Austin (2001). She is currently a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working toward full licensure under clinical supervision. Her professional background includes community mental health work in the Lake Tahoe area. Savannah specializes in supporting clients through midlife shifts, grief and loss, relationship changes, burnout, caregiving, and adjustment to new life roles. She has particular interest in working with individuals navigating the transition to parenthood, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and the psychological and emotional dimensions of perimenopause and menopause. Her work is influenced by Jungian and humanistic traditions and is grounded in a respect for the psyche’s natural movement toward meaning, integration, and wholeness. She offers a reflective and collaborative space where clients can explore unconscious patterns, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost, emerging, or in transition. Her perspective is further informed by her experience in community mental health, business ownership, and the lived realities of long-term partnership and parenthood. Savannah provides online therapy to clients throughout Georgia and offers daytime weekday appointments. She works with clients who are ready to explore change from the inside out, valuing reflection and self-understanding alongside practical growth.

Message to clients
There are times in life when something within begins to shift. What once fit no longer does. You may feel uncertain, untethered, or aware that you are being asked to grow in ways you didn’t expect. I work with adults navigating midlife transitions, grief and loss, burnout, relationship changes, and the emotional and psychological thresholds of parenthood, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and perimenopause and menopause. My approach is depth-oriented and collaborative. Together, we listen for what is asking for attention beneath the surface—old patterns, emerging parts of yourself, and the deeper currents moving through your life. Drawing on Jungian and humanistic traditions, I see therapy as a space for reflection, integration, and meaningful change. This work is not always easy, but it can be deeply clarifying. As you come to know yourself more fully, you may find a greater sense of steadiness, authenticity, and connection to your own voice. And at times, even in the midst of difficulty, moments of unexpected humor can emerge—a reminder of your aliveness and resilience. I offer online therapy to clients throughout Georgia, with daytime weekday appointments. If you feel called to this work, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
