About
Sean specializes in the treatment of chronic pain & trauma. He brings over a decade of expertise and experience to his psychotherapy clients, working with individuals from adolescence through the lifespan. Because of his personal journey with chronic pain healing, Sean deeply values the opportunity to help others do the emotional and work needed to heal from their symptoms. He would love for all his clients to feel fully, meaningfully alive. Sean identifies as gay and enjoys working with all members of the lgbtqia+ community. He grew up closeted in the Catholic Church and spent many of his young years feeling the need to hide. He feels particularly attuned to the needs of individuals who’ve lost touch with self-trust. Sean will help you listen to your body, guide you as you move through trauma, challenge you to be authentically true to yourself, and aid you in releasing your chronic pain and symptoms.

Together, we can heal your chronic pain. I know, you’ve been in pain for years. Now, after countless letdowns with medical treatments, you’ve finally found mind-body medicine. You know this is the answer. But… you worry… is it? Because, on some level, you fear it may never fully work. You fear maybe you’re the exception. You fear maybe you’re incurable. You fear maybe it’s impossible to truly end the pain. Mind-body healing is hard. It requires a mindset shift so profound that some call it a rebirth. It’s deeper than the pain and the symptoms. It’s your very core self. You’ve put your precious life’s energy into stress, demands, people-pleasing, and trying to be perfect. You’ve lost yourself. But that’s not the real you. We need to find you. Your body’s calling you home. Together, we’ll learn to speak its language. With guidance, you’ll understand. Mind-body treatment works for chronic pain. It’s not easy, but it’s nervous system biology—it works. So we can make it work for you. You’re on the right path, you just have to go deeper. Let’s take the next step. Let’s work together. Let's get you out of pain.
