Message to clients
I believe in working collaboratively with you to make changes that will enrich the quality of your life. My approach to counselling is integrative, relational, and compassionate. I draw on my studies in somatic therapy and parts work to help you deepen your connection with yourself and work towards greater self-acceptance. Counselling begins with our relationship, a therapeutic alliance where you feel respected, cared for, and psychologically safe. This lays the groundwork for making peace with your past, navigating your present, and shaping your future. I believe in your ability to make positive changes in your life and am here to support and guide you in this journey. Through compassionate listening, gentle encouragement, and a process of collaboration, I can help you create a more peaceful, fulfilling and meaningful life. My counselling services are confidential, respectful of your unique life experiences, and tailored to suit your individual needs. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss the possibilities!
