About Sneha | She/her

Dr. Raj is a licensed clinical psychologist, PSYPACT therapist, and 1st generation America, and Woman of Color. She offers 100% telehealth therapy services to all 42, active PSYPACT states from her practice, Vikas Psychology LLC, which is in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Dr. Raj has a background in health psychology and offer therapy from an Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Body-Neutral perspective and offers specialized treatment of mood (anxiety, depression), behavioral management of adult ADHD, emotional overeating and Binge Eating Disorder, navigating unexpected life transitions (like career changes, death of a loved one, or health changes), and behavioral interventions for health/weight management that can also be combined with medical/surgical treatments, (like GLP-1 medications, increasing readiness to receiving/adjust to weight loss surgery, hip or knee replacement surgery, or IVF). Dr. Raj also offers pre-bariatric psychological surgical evaluation through telehealth services at this time. Prior to private practice, Dr. Raj worked in hospital outpatient clinics settings for over 10 years, providing individual therapy to individuals ages 12 and up and putting her health psychology knowledge to understand where relief can be experienced in the mind and body. She believes that therapy should be a safe space to engage self-exploration for people coming from diverse backgrounds – especially for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, people in larger bodies, and those with visible and invisible disabilities). She has conducted over 100 psychological evaluations and assisted many individuals in making lifestyle changes to better manage overall health and wellbeing, prepare and get approved for surgery, and “level up” life skills to meet the next chapter of life.

Message to clients

In my over 10+ years of professional experience working as a therapist, I have never met a person who could not make lasting life changes because they were not "motivated enough." If you are reading this, right now, then you are already demonstrating the necessary motivation to create the life you want and make changes that feel realistically sustainable. I believe therapy is about creating a safe space for you to explore your values and working together to create a tailored plan of action to enact valued change – that can only happen when you feel respected, as the expert in your life, and therapy is done on your terms and on your timeline. I When you are ready to act on the motivation that brought you to my profile, please reach out to me for a free 15 minute consult meeting. I look forward to the opportunity to being apart of your therapeutic journey.
