Sophia Ngo, LCSW, PPSC, is a holistic trauma therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relational difficulties. Drawing from her training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Tholage, Sophia integrates somatic, relational, and holistic approaches to support deep and lasting change.
With experience across nonprofit, school, community, private, and corporate settings, Sophia brings a grounded and inclusive perspective to her work. She specializes in working with AANHPI and BIPOC clients, exploring cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and familial and interpersonal relationships.
Sophia is also a clinical supervisor who provides a collaborative, compassionate, and structured environment for pre-licensed and newly licensed clinicians.
