Are you a teen experiencing overwhelming emotions, a young adult feeling stuck, or a parent watching your child struggle with anxiety or depression? Navigating these challenges isn’t easy and I am here to support you through these difficult moments. I am a clinical psychologist postdoctoral fellow treating anxiety and mood disorders across the lifespan at East Side CBT. Our initial sessions will focus on how we can work together to move towards your goals. During treatment, we will explore how certain thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact and influence each other. We will work to break patterns that are no longer working and explore new approaches that align with your vision of growth. If anxiety or depression have been making life feel harder for you or your loved one lately, know that you're not alone on this journey. Let’s collaborate to create positive change, contact me today to set up a brief screening call.
