About
Tim Kelly, LCSW, is a therapist, poet, and nature enthusiast dedicated to helping individuals build a life that nurtures self-care and confidence. With experience across multiple levels of mental health care, Tim saw a gap between outpatient therapy and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The sudden drop from 15 hours of weekly therapy to just one or two often left people struggling, cycling back into higher levels of care. Determined to bridge this gap, he created a structured, supportive path to help clients sustain progress and move forward with clarity. Tim’s approach combines individual therapy, therapeutic writing and nature based groups and to foster deep healing. In therapy, he helps clients uncover core struggles and reconnect with their inner voice using IFS Therapy. In group settings, participants bear witness to their needs and desires, sharing them in a safe and supportive space. Through groups, they step away from daily stress, embracing nature and self-reflection to find renewed perspective. Grounded in compassion and practicality, Tim offers guidance to those that feel lost, overburdened, and hopeless. He believes healing isn’t about figuring it all out alone—it’s about walking a path with someone who’s charted the way.

Message to clients
Returning to work in recovery—now you’re avoiding deadlines like you once avoided your emotions. You’ve done the work. You’ve held onto the healing that inpatient and IOP offered, determined to break the cycle: Inpatient, IOP, back to the community. You remember the groups, rely on your TIPP skills, and ride the tidal waves. Yet, something still feels incomplete. Part of you is ready to tackle this head-on. Another part? Sweating it out like the iced coffee slowly watering down at your desk. You’re terrified you won’t be able to keep up. You’ve tried to piece together therapy—meeting with multiple therapists, doubling up on sessions—but it still hasn’t filled the gap. What you’re really searching for is the **right amount of therapy**, something that offers the structure, support, and continuity of IOP without needing to start over again. I see you. I get it. I’m Tim, LCSW, and I created a therapy program designed to break the cycle and provide the steady, integrated healing you’ve been longing for. No more patchwork—just a clear, supportive path forward. Let’s talk. Schedule a consultation, and let’s walk a different path together.
